Color Throwdown #73

Hi everyone, it's me Tammy and I want to welcome you to Color Throwdown #73! This will be our last one for 2009. The team will be taking a break for Christmas, but we'll be back in January with more challenges, and a new team member! We're thrilled to have her joining us, and know you're going to love her as much as we do!

I was inspired by Bo Bunny's 'Tis the Season paper for these colors today, so you can do something Christmas-themed with these colors but could also do something fun and playful! I can't wait to see what you create!

Color Throwdown #71

Happy Wednesday! I am hosting this week's Color Throwdown and our sponsor offers some of my favorite images! I think the Magnolia girls are so very sweet and nostalgic. I love their outfits! I chose colors that were inspired by Basic Grey's Wassail line, Pink, Red, Olive, and a neutral of cream and/or brown. Magnolia-licious was born in September 2008. The online store now has the largest selection of Magnolia Stamps in North America. I first fell in love with "Tilda" when I saw a project on Claudia Rosa's Blog . She had made a lovely little box with Tilda baking cookies on the front. I was in love! I went to the Magnolia Sweden site and realized I might have to take out a loan or a house mortgage as I wanted so, so many of the stamps. i investigated wholesale but I had to buy 6 of each image..... Oh gosh what am I going to do with the other 5. Oh, I know I will open a little store..... the rest is history.
